Ultrasound Tracking Data Tutorial

The Tracking only Ultrasound Exam screen is accessed through the same procedures used for mammograms.  The only difference is that an ultrasound is selected as an exam rather than a mammogram, and the Scheduled Patients screen will reflect an ultrasound as the procedure.

Note that because this was entered as a right breast ultrasound, the left breast data fields have been grayed out.
