Prior to the patient stepping foot into the clinic, a PenRad Powered Imaging Center sends an automated reminder email with information about their next exam date so they can call and schedule their appointment, along with the option for the patient to personally update their medical and history information.

Digital Patient Forms

Once the patient has updated their medical risk history, they can complete additional e-forms such as HIPAA consent and email consent forms through a secure portal.

Though the patient and clinician have yet to speak a word to each other, the imaging center and the patient are ready for the appointment with all patient records automatically updated, including digital signatures.

As the patient arrives at the imaging center, the wait time and pre-appointment paperwork has been eliminated through digital communication.
